IN RE: State vs. Wilson Dejesus Jr.
Case Number 2022 CR 89
The Office of Colleen M. O’Toole and Chief Assistant County Prosecutor, Dawn Cantalamessa, began a jury trial on August 29, 2023 in State of Ohio v. Wilson Dejesus Jr.
Mr. Dejesus was charged with five counts of Rape, all Felonies of the First Degree (F1) for conduct occurring from December 1, 2020 to August 23, 2021, on a female child under the age of 10.
The Defendant was found guilty of all counts on August 30, 2023 after approximately 90 minutes of deliberations. Mr. Dejesus will be sentenced on a later date. He could face life in prison without the possibility of parole for each count.
