The Office of Colleen M. O’Toole, Ashtabula County Prosecutor Gene C. Barrett, and Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office “ACSO”,
On April 30, 2022 at 2812 Wilson Ave. in Ashtabula Township. Deputies stood by for children services for the removal of a juvenile due to sexual allegations. Earlier in the day deputies also responded to the runaway who lived in the same residence.
Mr. Anderson was found guilty on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 of two (2) counts of Gross Sexual Imposition 2907.05(A)(4), 2907.05(C)(2) out of the five (5) counts, and five (5) counts of Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles 2907.31(A)(3), 2907.31(F).
Mr. Anderson is facing a max sentence of seven-teen and a half (17.5) years in prison and five (5) years post release control. Anderson will be registered as a tier two (2) sex offender, as well as up to $32,500 in fines.
