Travis Lee Hare was found guilty on Friday, April 1, 2022 of:
Felonious Assault 2903.11(A)(2), 2903.11(D)(1)(a)
Firearm Specification – 3 year § 2941.145(A)
Specification for Forfeiture of a Weapon § 2941.1417(A)

Specification for Forfeiture of a Weapon §2941.1417(A)
Travis Lee Hare (Case 2020 CR 00390): Original imposed on Thu, May 19, 2022.
Sentenced to 5 years in prison with 51 days credit for time served and 3 years post release control. As well as five to six (5-6) years considering.
Mr. Hare filed an appeal on June 6, 2022, on the grounds of “The Verdicts are against the manifest weight of the evidence and the sufficiency of the evidence”. A reviewing court should not reverse a criminal conviction where there was substantial evidence upon which a rational trier of fact could reasonably conclude that all elements of the charged offense were proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
On May 15, 2023, Mr. Hare’s sole assignment of error is without merit for the foregoing reasons. Mr. Hare’s convictions for felonious Assault and using weapons while intoxicated are affirmed.
