IN RE: State of Ohio vs. Thomas L. Volpi

Thomas Volpi was sentenced this morning on August 29, 2022 to thirty-six (36) to forty-one (41) years in prison for the crimes he committed on July 5, 6, 2019, involving the improper sexual acts committed on two juvenile female victims. Mr. Volpi had sixty-nine days’ credit for time served. Volpi is also required to register as a Tier III sex offender when he is released from prison, meaning he has to register for the rest of his life every 90 days, the Defendant was also notified that upon his release he is also subject to five years’ mandatory parole.
