IN RE: State of Ohio vs. Joseph Janson
Case Number 22 CR 390
The Office of Colleen M. O’Toole, Ashtabula County Prosecutor and Assistant Prosecutor Gene Barrett, have obtained a guilty verdict in regards to Joseph Jansen on an F-2 Drug Trafficking over bulk amount and not guilty on an F5 Drug Possession after a short deliberation on December 13, 2022. Mr. Janson is currently awaiting sentencing in Ashtabula County Jail after bond revocation due to mandatory sentence.
Prosecutor O’Toole thanks the jury for their deliberations, as well as Ashtabula Police Department for their hard work.
