RE: State of Ohio vs. Jeff Stanley
Case Number: 2019 CR 00010
The Office of Colleen M. O’Toole, Ashtabula County Prosecutor and Chief Assistant Prosecutor, Dawn Cantalamessa have obtained a guilty plea in regards to Jeff Stanley (2019 CR 010) on December 1, 2022. Mr. Stanley plead guilty to the murder of soon to be Ex- Wife Rand Hilal Al Dulaimi. Mr. Stanley was charged with Murder, Felonious Assault, Tampering with evidence and Abuse of a Corpse. Stanley was sentenced to fifteen (15) years to life in prison on the Murder charge, all other counts will run concurrent. The sentence was ordered concurrent with his Federal sentence. Stanley was given 1,393 days’ credit for time served.
Thank you to all law enforcement agencies that aided in the investigation and apprehension of Mr. Stanley, including Ashtabula Police Department and Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office.
