On April 30, 2022 at 2812 Wilson Ave. in Ashtabula Township. Deputies stood by for children services for the removal of a juvenile due to sexual allegations. Earlier in the day deputies also responded to the runaway who lived in the same residence.
Ashtabula County Prosecutor, Colleen M. O’Toole with the assistance of Assistant Prosecutor, Gene Barrett have obtained a guilty verdict on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Mr. Anderson was found guilty by a Jury of his peers of two (2) counts of Gross Sexual Imposition 2907.05(A)(4), 2907.05(C)(2) out of the five (5) counts, and five (5) counts of Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles 2907.31(A)(3), 2907.31(F).
Mr. Anderson was sentenced by Judge Schroeder on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 to ten (10) years in prison, with 77 days credit for time served.
